The Night Vision Camera That Can Shoot In Color HD

The average consumer might not have too much use for a camera that’s capable of taking pictures and shooting videos in night vision mode, but its quite essential for journalists on the ground who often find it hard to capture and broadcast events transpiring in places where lighting isn’t exactly favorable. This is where Komamura Falcon Eye KC-2000 steps in. The company has been in this business for over 60 years and its latest product is nothing short of a game changer. The KC-2000 night vision camera is capable of shooting video and taking pictures in color HD, even if its actually almost pitch black.

The KC-2000 is weather sealed, making it immune to the elements. It works through a simple two-button operation, there aren’t a lot of settings to tinker with in order to make it do what it does best. Inside there’s a CMOS 2/3″ image sensor offering 1,280x720p HD resolution with a progressive scanning system and 250 percent dynamic range. Video is captured at 30 frames per second and compressed in H.264 while still images are put out in JPEG. Komamura will initially sell the Falcon Eye KC-2000 in Japan through a network of local dealers before it goes international, no pricing information is available at this point in time.

Vertu for Bentley - A Luxury Smartphone

Vertu is a British manufacturer and retailer of luxury mobile phones and Bentley Motors is a British luxury automaker. Bentley is teaming up with Vertu in a five-year partnership that will see the two firms work together to create ‘distinctive’ luxury smartphones.

Now previous Vertu smartphones have ran on Android, so it’s not far fetched to think that these won’t run Android as well. The smartphones will have a taste of Bentley, but also Bentley drivers will get some exclusive stuff with these four new smartphones. All of which are set to launch in October of this year.

Vertu says the new phones will feature elegant, eye-catching designs as well as premium materials in their construction. The phones will also be designed under the Vertu ethos of a ‘one world phone’ to ensure that owners have the optimum setup for peerless coverage no matter what region they’re in.
