Manual Steps:

Step A: Silver Coin
(Need to do it while you were playing - in mission)

1- Run Gamecih in background
2- Play Mutant Roadkill
3- Hit Zombie - (1 zombie = 1 Silver/Coins)
4- After hit a zombie -open GameCIH - key in "Input Number" e.g "1"(current silver/coin point) - Recommended to "Suspend Game" while you doing this.
5- Then hit few more zombie - key in "Input Number" or "+" to reduce result - do this few time until got 2 result or more.
6- select one of the result (choose which usually "4 bytes") - and put in yr desire amount.
DONE!..

Step B: Gold Coin

Manual Steps:
Would like to share this hack if you play any glu games that use gold coins
