Requirements: 

• Phone
• USB cable
• ADB Drivers - Download from here
• Enable "USB DEBUGGING"  from (Menu\Settings\Applications\Development)
  Enable "UNKNOWN SOURCES"from (Menu\Settings\Applications)
• Screen timeout - 30mins

Instructions:

1. Download this FILE
2. Extract it 
3. Connect your phone using USB cable
4. Double click run.me
5. A dialog opens - Read and Follow the Instructions on screen
6. your device will be rebooted and thus your phone has been rooted
