Manual Steps:

1. Login into Multiplayer Mode

2. Now enter you Current Gold credits

3. Buy something , Now enter your new amount

4. Repeat step 3 until you get one Value

5. Change the value to your desire value.

~~ Do same for blue credits.

~~ Now goto Headquaters and come back, Your new Gold & Blue credits will upload to server

ONLINE TRICK !

If you want speedmod like In Modern combat 2 , open GameCIH while during the Gameplay, and click the GameCIH speed button. Then, set it to speed to 2x,3x (Setting 5x or above will heat up your phone quick)
Note: You will not Lost connection like others games when setting gameplay speed
